BOHRA INDUSTRIES LIMITED (BIL) has set up a Single Super Phosphate(16%P₂O₅) manufacturing plant at Umara, about 15 km from UDAIPUR, a major industrial and historical town of Rajasthan in India. Udaipur is famous for its lakes, valleys, and historical past. You can find more about Udaipur on this site. Umra is only 5 Kms from main raw material source ie RSMML (Rajasthan State Mines and Minerals Ltd., suppliers of beneficial Rock Phosphate with 16% water soluble P₂O₅ )and 11Kms from the source of acid i.e. HZL, Debari giving it a location and cost advantage. The corporate office including the marketing division is located at Udaipur, the cultural capital of Rajasthan. For Sales and marketing purpose company operates through a network of dealers and village outlets.

Capacity-Plant has installed capacity of 1000TPD SSP, 300TPD GSSP and 300TPD NPK. With one of the lowest per ton cost of manufacturing BIL is ready to make it's presence felt in all parts of country.
Technology- PLC from Siemens, Germany. The Plant is fully computerized. Every machine is connected to PLC for optimum working with Belt Weigher, on line flow meters, remote on line transmitters for Acid etc., optimum product mix for highest conversion are the key features of the plant.
Power-Company has taken a bold step and is going ahead with 100% self generated power supply.
Packaging-Plant is equipped with two fully automatic packing machines each capable of handling 600 bags per hour, giving accuracy of+20Gms/Bag thereby reducing losses.
ISO-Company has decided to go for ISO Certification, first SSP project in INDIA to do so. Company has identified consultants for preparing the complete program for production management.
Management-Company is headed by a young entrepreneur and is fully managed by dedicated and hardworking professionals. Company has successfully implemented innovative ideas and enjoying the leadership in it's respective areas of specialization in a span of 14 years from plastics in application to Information Technology as an ISP and now with Fertilizers with its state of art technology.
